Justice Served Cold: The Fall of a Hong Kong Cop The Court of Appeal has upheld the convictions of two senior Hong Kong police officers for mortgage fraud.
Superintendent Harbour Chan Hoi kong, who was once a social media personality defending police actions during the 2019 anti government protests, has been found guilty of two counts of fraud.
Chan submitted mortgage applications in 2019 to secure over HK$26 million in loans by falsely claiming he was employed by a food trading company founded by his ex colleague, Wong Ho ngai.
